How do I obtain a referral?

Please see our information on referrals.

Can I see a local Consultant?

Unfortunately at present most of our Honorary Consultants are based in the London area except in the case of Psychiatric referrals where we do have some coverage around the UK.  It is our intention to expand the network of Honorary Consultants geographically in the future.

Who is eligible for treatment through St Luke’s?

We are here for all Anglican Clergy and their immediate dependent families. For further information see Who is Eligible.

Is St Luke’s able to provide treatment for any illness or condition?

No. There are certain specialties where we do not have an appropriate Honorary Consultant but we regularly recruit new Consultants.

What does it cost to see an Honorary Consultant?

At present all consultations with our Honorary Consultants is free of charge at the point of delivery. There may be occasions where a Consultant requests certain tests or investigations and a charge has to be made. In such a case, this should be discussed with the Consultant and our office to ascertain whether St Luke’s is able to cover these costs.
